Our syrup is hand-crafted in small batches, using fresh-frozen elderberries. More specifically, Sambucus Nigra, which is the European black elderberry. Our fresh-frozen berries are harvested by hand in Europe and flash frozen before shipping to the U.S. This means that our berries are picked at the peak of freshness and carefully handled to ensure they are exceptionally fresh and full of all the good stuff for your syrup!

Additionally, our core family recipe uses only real food ingredients like raw honey from Minnesota beekeepers, real lemon, and ceylon cinnamon. We also use only organic ingredients that we get as locally as possible.
